- All prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include applicable charges unless stated otherwise.
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, and we may cancel an order if a product is unavailable or a pricing error occurs.
- We aim to describe products accurately, but minor variations in colour or finish may occur.
3. Content You Provide
When you ask us to program a link onto your card, you confirm that you have the right to use that link and that its content is lawful. We may refuse to program content that is illegal, misleading, or that infringes others' rights. You are responsible for the accuracy of the link you provide.
4. Using the Card
- NFC cards work with most modern smartphones that have NFC enabled. Compatibility depends on your device.
- We do not control third-party platforms (such as Google) and cannot guarantee their availability, policies, or results.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on tapboost.ae, including designs, text, and logos, belongs to TapBoost or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
6. Shipping and Delivery

7. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, available on our website.
8. Limitation of Liability

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
